Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday's local newspaper states Council to ban smoking in restaurants. I am writing to support this.
I think smoking should be banned in restaurants because it is a health hazard. Also smoking spoils taste of food and coustomers can't enjoy their foods. Smoking is not good for businesses because non-smokers don't like going to the place full of smoke.
It would be better for evreryone if restaurants make smoking areas.
Yours sincerly

Its easy to cycle back into old habits of binge and feeling sad. The difference now is that I'm aware of whats happening. It becomes easier to snapback out of it every time. Thats how I know I'm making progress. Even though I make mistakes, I now have the tools to pull myself back to "normal". I'm very grateful for finding my way and the Power to Lose Program.
